You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund if the work has not yet commenced. Once our team begins the generation and rendering process, full refunds are not possible.
We are committed to quality. If the delivered assets do not meet the specifications outlined in the initial brief, we offer a standard revision round to correct errors at no additional cost. Subjective dissatisfaction with style (where style was not specified) is not grounds for a refund.
